Being vegetarian can sometimes be portrayed as part of a lifestyle including deprivation. That’s not me. If you LOVE food and ever eat vegetarian – sometimes, all the time, almost never – this blog is for you. I try to make sure there’s protein in each meal, but what I can always promise you is a lot of flavour.
Sometimes, eating well means trying other people’s recipes and tweaking them until I find something I love, or even using them for inspiration. If I ever do that, I will link to them and attribute that very clearly.
